A (Mic. 7:12,13) In that day also he shall come even to thee from Assyria, and from the fortified cities, and from the fortress even to the river, and from sea to sea, and FROM MOUNTAIN TO MOUNTAIN. Notwithstanding the land shall be desolate because of them that dwell therein, for the fruit of their doings.
B (Mic. 7:14) Feed thy people with thy rod, the flock of thine heritage, which dwell solitarily in the wood, in the midst OF CARMEL:
C (Mic. 7:14, 15) let them feed IN BASHAN and Gilead, as in the days of old. According to the days of thy coming out of the land of Egypt will I shew unto him marvellous things.
D (Mic. 7:16,17) The nations shall see and be confounded at all their might: they shall lay their hand upon their mouth, their ears shall be deaf. They shall lick the dust like a serpent, they shall move out of their holes like worms of the earth: they shall be afraid OF YAHWEH our God <0430>, and shall fear because of thee.
E (Mic. 7:18) Who is A GOD <0410> like unto thee, that pardoneth iniquity, and passeth by the transgression of the remnant of his heritage?
F (Mic. 7:18) he retaineth not his anger for ever, because he delighteth IN MERCY.
G (Mic. 7:19) He will turn again, he will have compassion upon us; he will subdue our iniquities; and thou wilt cast all their sins into the depths of the sea.
F′ (Mic. 7:20) Thou wilt perform the truth to Jacob, and THE MERCY to Abraham, which thou hast sworn unto our fathers from the days of old.
E′ (Nah. 1:1,2) The burden of Nineveh. The book of the vision of Nahum the Elkoshite. GOD <0410> is jealous,
D′ (Nah. 1:2,3) and YAHWEH revengeth; YAHWEH revengeth, and is furious; YAHWEH will take vengeance on his adversaries, and he reserveth wrath for his enemies. YAHWEH is slow to anger, and great in power, and will not at all acquit the wicked: YAHWEH hath his way in the whirlwind and in the storm, and the clouds are the dust of his feet.
C′ (Nah. 1:4 ) He rebuketh the sea, and maketh it dry, and drieth up all the rivers: BASHAN languisheth,
B′ (Nah. 1:4) and CARMEL, and the flower of Lebanon languisheth.
A′ (Nah. 1:5) THE MOUNTAINS quake at him, and the hills melt, and the earth is burned at his presence, yea, the world, and all that dwell therein.
I find part E very interesting as both seem to link back to Exodus
20v5-6: “…I the LORD thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children to the third and fourth generation of them that hate me; and showing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my commandments.” I think this is a confirmation of the slightly tenuous link between E and E’,
