Hebrews 11:3

following Hendrickson’s “The Interlinear Bible” I found the parallels helpful in emphasising the existence of the transcendent.

A. By faith we understand to have been framed

B. the worlds (aeons)

C. by a word of God

C’. so as not out of things appearing

B’. the seen

A’. to have come into being

  1. I agree that the interlinear version is necessary to see the chiasmus. In the following I have used the KJV but only modified the third verse to match the order of Textus Receptus (interlinear).

1 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for,
the evidence of things not seen.
2 For by it the elders obtained a good report.
3 Through faith we understand that the worlds were
framed by the word of God,
so that of things which do not appear
things which are seen were made.

While I like your chiasm, I think this larger one is instructive.
